The Focus of My Work

The ultimate focus of my work is help others to connect with their bodies and emotions, and to learn how to interpret what they feel, in order to “follow their truth” or natural sense of inner rightness. This frees them from depression, poor self-esteem, anxiety, trauma, and more, over time. This brings out confidence, passion, peace, playfulness, and bravery. Inner rightness leads us to live a life that is true to ourselves as individuals and is thus satisfying, versus a life lived to appease others or societal expectations, which leaves one empty and unhappy with themselves.

I use the tools of yoga, with dance and pilates influence, as well as well over 20 years cooking experience, and over a decade of nutrition study,  and the experience of facilitating my own personal revolution and healing, as well as that of many others) to help others find the tools they need for a sense of balance, health, and passion in life.

Visualization, breathing, mindfulness/focus, cultivating positive emotions (not through denial but through processing experiences), as well as the physical practices of fitness and yoga are utilized to help attune my clients to their inner sense of rightness, and to follow that to healing and vibrancy in all ways, right in their everyday lives.

Mindfulness is the simplest, but most powerful tool I offer my clients. It is the actual tuning in to what is felt in body and emotions/energy. All sensations are symptoms of either balance or imbalance, and we work together to learn the language of your core until you are feeling self-reliant and solidly trust yourself. We create genuine emotional health and a lifestyle that makes you happy to be who you are, and you take it and fly with it… ❤

THAT is to mission of my work- to help you learn to trust and follow your inner-rightness to the most fulfilling life possible, with such confidence that you believe in yourself over the opinions of others, always.

  1. I am very interested in yoga class for myself & teen granddaughter who I have custody of. She has a very extensive troubled past and I am in process of trying to heal her with lots of providers but not much progress has been made. This may be the answer but she has extreme social anxiety and difficult to get her out of house to try new experiences. Possibly we could visit your studio. Thank you

I am so glad to share these tools with others to help them feel the happiness, wholeness, and confident freedom that they deserve.. Mindfulness, and yoga, and understanding energy were the tools that helped me to transform from being eating disordered and socially anxious to calm, confident, with a totally healthy relationship with food, self, life and others.
